Air Fryer Cinnamon Roll Donut Holes

Cook time: 40-50 minutes

1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbs aquafaba
1/4 cup almond milk
1 Tbs coconut oil
2 Tbs sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
For the icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbs almond milk
1. Mix the first 8 ingredients in a bowl until a sticky dough forms. Freeze the dough for 20-30 minutes or until firm
2. Mix the sugar and cinnamon together
3. Take the dough out and form balls about 1 inch thick. Roll each in the sugar mixture.
4. Space out balls in the air fryer about 1-2 inches apart and fry for 6 minutes at 375 F.
5. Make the icing by mixing the powdered sugar and milk together.
6. Ice the balls and enjoy
One thing I missed a lot after going vegan was donuts! There's no vegan donut shops near me so when I found this recipe I had to try it! Although they're not as light and airy as fried donuts are, they were still really tasty and they're healthier! This recipe only takes about 45-60 minutes in total and is pretty easy to follow.
